About The Strike

The Strike are an indie-pop/rock band that formed in Provo, Utah, later relocating to Los Angeles. Led by frontman Chris Crabb, with Jay Tibbitts (drums) and David Maemone (guitar/keys), they’re known for an ’80s-inspired sound blending synths, sax, guitar, and energetic anthems. Popular songs include “Soundtrack,” “The Getaway,” and “Just Friends.” Their latest album “A Dream Through Open Eyes” was released in October 2024. Notable for high-octane live shows and supporting acts like The Fray.
